Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Will you believe it if I tell you you can make your own ice cream with any flavor of choice without buying it outside.

Yes you can! and it’s as simple as you follow the steps in this recipe. How to make a creamy scoopable banana ice cream without an ice cream maker.It is creamy like ice cream you buy.



You can make ice cream with other flavours of choice. Be creative!

Make sure to put your heavy cream in fridge before use.

Freeze your bowls and whiskers before use.



2 or 3 riped bananas

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy/whipping cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence( if preferred)


Cut bananas into pieces and freeze them(How to cut fruits into bite size pieces)

Pour into blender, add little water and blend into puree.

Pour banana puree into bowl. Add in condensed milk and mix them together with a whisker or spoon.

Pour chilled heavy cream into bowl and beat cream with a hand held beater or stand mixer until stiff peaks form

Pour banana mixture into the cream. Add vanilla essence. Mix them together until lump free and mixture uniformly mixed.

Pour banana ice cream into a glass container, cover with a tight lid. Then freeze for 12 hours or more.

Remove from freeze then scoop and serve. Enjoy!!
