For thicker smoothie, freeze bananas before blending
3 ripe banana
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon crumbled graham crackers (optional)
Peel and slice the banana. Pour into the blender then add whole or skim milk .
Add the maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Add crumbled graham crackers for an extra sweet taste.
Blend until smooth and serve in a glass
