Banana cream pie smoothie

Enjoy this amazing smoothie as breakfast, snacks or desert. It’s easy to make and has a smooth texture. You can make this healthy smoothie filled with protein and fiber, or a sugary-sweet, dessert-like smoothie by following this simple steps.



For thicker smoothie, freeze bananas before blending



3 ripe banana

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon maple syrup

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon crumbled graham crackers (optional)



Peel and slice the banana. Pour into the blender then add whole or skim milk .

Add the maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Add crumbled graham crackers for an extra sweet taste.

Blend until smooth and serve in a glass
