Banana Cream Cheesecake
Another flavoured Cheesecake is what you need for a day start. Need a dessert? Try this one
3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 carton frozen whipped topping
4 medium firm sliced bananas
3/4 cups cold milk
1 package banana cream pudding mix
Mix cracker crumbs and sugar in a small bowl. Then stir in butter.
Press crumb mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan or 9-in. square baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes. Allow it cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add and fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
Arrange half of the banana slices in crust; top with half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Whisk milk and pudding mix in a small bowl for about 2 minutes. Let mixture stand until soft-set then add in remaining whipped topping.
Pour over the cream cheese layer(You can Sprinkle with some crumb mixture)
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve. Yum.
